Elevator (vertical conveyor)

Elevators, also known as vertical conveyors, are devices used for vertical material handling. They are widely used in industrial production, warehousing and logistics, and play an important role especially in scenarios where materials need to be transported from low to high places or vice versa.

Roller conveyor

Roller conveyors are commonly used pallet handling equipment in conveying systems. Roller conveyors use sprockets and chains to transmit motor power to the rollers, which in turn drive the pallets to move horizontally. Roller conveyors are widely used in logistics systems due to their simple structure, adjustable continuous transport length, high standardization, and large load-bearing capacity.

Chain conveyor (tray)

Chain conveyors are a commonly used pallet conveying device in conveying systems. Chain conveyors utilize chains as both traction and load-bearing tools. When the chain moves under the drive of the sprocket, it carries the pallets on the chain to move horizontally. Chain conveyors have advantages such as compact and simple structure, large load-bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, and good wear resistance, and are widely used in logistics systems.

Lifting and transplanting machine

The main function of the lifting and transplanting machine is to assist the tray in making a right-angle turn on the conveyor line within the conveying system. Utilizing the height difference between two adjacent conveyor lines, the tray is lifted or lowered to make contact with the conveyor line in a different direction, thus achieving a right-angle turn. Lifting and transplanting machines come in various forms, all characterized by high load-bearing capacity, simple structure, and reliable stability. They can be chain-type or roller-type transplanting machines.

Rotary conveyor

Rotary conveyors are devices used to turn and transport trays on a conveyor line. Rotary conveyors are typically placed at nodes in a conveyor system where turning is required, using rotating and conveying mechanisms to achieve turning and transport. Rotary conveyors have advantages such as simple structure, large load carrying capacity, and controllable rotation angle, and are widely used in logistics systems.

Lifting and Rotating Conveyor (Pallet Transfer Unit)

The elevating and rotating conveyor is a combination of a chain conveyor, an elevating and transplanting machine, and a rotating conveyor. Through various combinations, it can realize functions such as pallet straight-line conveying, pallet right-angle turning conveying, pallet reversing turning conveying, and pallet reversing straight-line conveying. Due to its versatility, it has obvious advantages in conveying systems with pallet reversing requirements.

Eccentric roller conveyor

Eccentric rotating roller conveyors are often used in transport nodes with limited space and requiring pallet changes. Eccentric rotating roller conveyors modularize the upper conveying section, using a central eccentric rotating mechanism to eccentrically rotate the modularized upper conveying section horizontally. Because of their high space utilization, eccentric rotating roller conveyors have a clear advantage in compact conveying system layouts.

Chain reversing conveyor

Reversible conveyors are often used in scenarios where the conveyor line needs to be temporarily interrupted, such as when the conveyor system crosses a fire-rated partition, and the conveyor needs to make way for a fire door in the event of a fire. A reversible conveyor adds a local flipping action to a chain conveyor or roller conveyor. The flipping section's power is transmitted from the fixed end via a sprocket. After the flipping action resets, it can provide stable power transmission.

Stacker

The de-stacking machine is a device for de-stacking empty pallets. Its purpose is to stack unused empty pallets one by one to reduce storage space. When needed, the stacked empty pallets are de-stacked one by one and sent to a designated location via conveyor belt. The de-stacking sequence is the reverse of the stacking sequence. De-stacking machines are commonly used for empty pallet recovery at the outbound ports of automated warehouses and for the supply of empty pallets in production workshops.

Mother-daughter board stacking machine

The mother-daughter tray stacking machine is used for the transportation of goods outside the warehouse. Due to the poor quality of the daughter trays outside the warehouse, the stacking machine needs to be combined to ensure system stability and save costs.

Forklift Truck Mast

Forklift lifting is mainly used in scenarios where the height of the pallet fork hole does not meet the requirements of forklift handling. By lifting the pallet to a certain height through the lifting mechanism, the needs of forklift handling are met. With the diversification of pallet types, the application of forklift lifting has greatly improved the adaptability of the conveying system.

Safety cross-ladder

The safety cross-ladder is a safe crossing passage on the conveyor line. This safety cross-ladder has multiple safety modes: 1. When there is no conveying task near the passage, the green light will stay on after the button is pressed, allowing immediate passage. 2. When there is a conveying task near the passage, the green light will flash after the button is pressed, and passage will be allowed only after the task is completed and the green light stays on. 3. In case of urgent need or accidental intrusion, the sensor will immediately stop the conveyor and flash a red light alarm.
